
Man Ferreira is a painter from Cannes, born in 1964. Since his childhood, he is interested in PopArt. His fascination with United States is reflected in most of his artwork. in 1995, after having worked as interior decorator and graphic designer, he has decided to devote himself to his passion of painting and to enrol to the Maison des Artistes (an association constituted in accordance with the French law of 1901, concerning non-profit organizations).
Man Ferreira became known in the contemporary art word after realisation of paintings dedicated to cosmopolitan cities as New York, Paris or Tokyo. He uses mixed medium on wood or on canvas, mixing collage, photos, inks, charcoal drawings and drippings… He exhibits his artwork throughout France and overseas, althought his artworks are very popular in the Côte d’Azur. In 1997, he has participated in the Contemporary Art Fair in Brussels, Belgium, In 1998, he exhibits his paintings in the Tortosa Show (Tarragona, Spain). In 2004, he participates in Autumn Fair.
He is a member of the Assosiation of Independant artists in Paris. His works are permanently exhibited in the galleries Mickael Marciano in Paris, La Baule and Marseille.
