Since her six years old, Françoise Abraham has practised classical ballet, educated by the teachers of the Opera of Paris. she very fastly experimented contemporary dance. That is why symbiosis of life in motion has left its mark on her.

 

In short, the personnality of her artwork is composed of forms in space with fantasy, exuberance, lightness, roundness and humour.  

Françoise Abraham makes her sculptures dance, even in China, in the cities of Shenzhen, Hefei or Huaqiao, where some of her works are exhibited in a permanent way. 

 

Strict and meticulous, Françoise Abraham obtains taut muscles full of sensuality. Her female characters dash into space with speed and energy. Though her sculptures are made with roundness, they curiously astonish us by their lightness and a touch of elegance. Furthermore, humour gives to these sculptures all the equilibrium that they perfectly need.
